Your benefits as a OneWorldClub partner
OneWorldClub is the partner programme of Digital Data Communications GmbH (DDC). It turns the products of LevelOne, equip and Conceptronic into cashback, service and status that grow with you. Joining is free and open to all, with no minimum turnover.
DDC has three in-house brands: LevelOne for networking and IP surveillance, equip for connectivity and infrastructure, Conceptronic for peripherals and smart accessories. One membership covers the entire portfolio.
Your level depends on your annual turnover across all three brands, meaning your purchases directly from us or from one of our distribution partners. Every euro counts towards the same level.
Programme update 2026: from five levels to ten
The ten levels from Member to Titanium form three bands: Connect, Advanced and Elite. Each level brings fixed bonus points, every euro of turnover additional points. One point equals 0.01 euros. From Diamond upwards, cashback grows more than proportionally to turnover.
Benefits start at 300 euros of annual turnover (Member level). At Silver level, 5,000 euros of annual turnover yields 225 euros cashback. Cashback is paid once a year after the financial year ends. A level you have reached is yours for the current and the following year; only the cashback is recalculated.
The programme offers more than cashback. Benefits grow with your level: insight into the roadmap, annual training, partner events and a personal point of contact. For your customer communication there are marketing materials, kits, co-branding and, depending on level, a marketing budget. You also receive a welcome gift, sample discounts and, from Member+ level, an extended warranty.
New: the OneWorldClub Partner Portal
As a OneWorldClub partner, you see in the Partner Portal your level and the gap to the next one, your cashback for the current year and the next scheduled payout. Under “Purchases” you find the turnover your level is based on, by brand, product category and distributor. All figures come directly from DDC's systems.
You register new projects directly in the portal. Each project is created in DDC's CRM, and your sales contact gets in touch with you. Current promotions appear with promotional prices and sales documents to download. Your personal point of contact is reachable by email, Teams chat or phone. As the main contact, you invite colleagues from your company. Each receives their own login.
The portal runs on desktop and smartphone and is available in German, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. There is no self-registration in the portal. Access is being activated in stages; the main contact at your company receives the invitation by email and sets the password via the link in that email.
Getting started
